Carrots!!! They are bright, beautiful, super healing and make a wonderful mono juice!

Carrot Juice is super easy not only to drink but to make. I call it one of my mono juices because I only use one ingredient… carrots! Carrots are super healing and a great immune booster.

 

 

The easier we make juicing, the more often we will do it. That is why sometimes I like to enjoy single ingredient juices (mono juices). Carrot juice is one of my favorite mono juices, it is bright in color, its high energy and filled with vitamins and minerals.

If you have never juiced before, this is a great way to start. And if you are an avid juicer, adding a mono juice once a week, like carrot juice will help balance out your digestive system.
