Blueberry Power Bowl Recipe

This creamy, sweet treat is perfect as a breakfast bowl, dessert, even a meal replacement. It’s great for any time!

As one of the few blue foods in Nature, blueberries rank #1 in antioxidant activity when compared to over 40 other fruits and vegetables, according to the USDA Human Nutrition Center.

This tiny fruit packs a powerful punch – both in flavor and nutrition!

Blueberries are loaded with Vitamins K and C, which support healthy bones and healthy immune systems. They also contain manganese, which also contributes to bone health and a healthy metabolism, among so many other benefits.

I love this delicious blueberry bowl because it’s so easy to prepare. It literally takes just one minute! And the color is so rich and deep bluish purple – a delight for the eyes as well as the taste buds.

Blueberry Power Bowl Recipe

-1 ½ cups organic frozen blueberries
-1 cup unsweetened, dairy free yogurt
-½ cup coconut shreds
-2 dates, pitted
-½ tsp. unsweetened vanilla powder (tastes better than liquid vanilla)

Put all ingredients together in a blender, blend for 30 seconds. Scrape down the sides and blend for another 30 seconds, or until smooth.

You can add more frozen blueberries and shredded coconut as toppings to this delicious treat.
